Our Story

Our Story

After five life-changing years in India studying at the Soul University of my master, the poorna-avatar Sri Kaleshwar, who initiated and trained me as a Master Healer and Spiritual Teacher, he directed me to go to Hong Kong where, in 2008, I was to establish a meditation and healing center.

Guided by my master’s grace and wisdom, the center rapidly flourished, drawing hundreds of students and seekers eager for healing and spiritual growth.

The Challenge of Authentic Rudraksha Malas

But I found myself facing an unexpected challenge: my students, eager to dive into their meditation practice, needed authentic, high-vibrational Rudraksha meditation malas. The ones I found online had no ‘charge’, no ‘shakti’, no palpable power.

Even in India, all I found were cheap imitations or lifeless beads strung together, merely masquerading as sacred objects, devoid of the energy needed to fuel deep meditation and healing.

I knew what real divine power in sacred beads felt like. For many of our spiritual processes, Guruji had given us powerfully-charged Malas and Rudraksha, as the teachings and ancient rituals were deeply centered around the use of sacred power objects.

I had personally experienced the profound energy of authentic, activated Rudraksha beads in my own meditations. Naturally, it was my heartful wish and my duty to my students that they should experience the ‘real thing’, as I was; but it seemed the power and authenticity simply wasn’t out there.

Even when I went to the best sources, something was still missing.

Creating Sacred Malas

So, I decided to make our own.

On one of my early trips to Bali, the island’s creative energy immediately resonated with me. As fate would have it, I was led to a traveling supplier of Rudraksha beads. The moment I held them, I felt a powerful connection, and inspiration struck.

I began designing my own malas, infusing them with the Shakti, the spiritual power I had cultivated through years of spiritual practice.

I soon found a talented local artisan, a woman who could knot the beads with the reverence they deserved. Inner visions were flowing and I started combining the Rudraksha with gemstones in harmonious, peace-producing combinations.

When I brought the malas back to Hong Kong, they sold out within a week! The demand fueled my passion, and before I knew it, I was hiring more assemblers and setting up a humble production space in Bali.

What began as a small, inspired project quickly grew into something much larger, rooted in my commitment to creating sacred, high-vibrational tools that could genuinely transform lives.

Approval and Prophecy of Sri Kaleshwar

But the real turning point came when I returned to India, to present our creations to Sri Kaleshwar. His approval was everything. He smiled and said:

“In the coming days, the whole world will experience the power of Shivaloka Malas. If they want the great life, a better life, they must! They must recognize the truth, experience the real power objects, the healing power, for themselves”
Sri Kaleshwar

Those words were more than a blessing—they were a prophecy.

Seeing all of the pieces spread out before him, Guruji turned to Raymond, my partner and co-founder of SHIVALOKA, and said,

“You understand the inner secrecy here, yes? Each one, it’s the proper creation, the proper way, isn’t it? Of course, it makes sense. She’s been doing this for many lifetimes. This is her dharma, one part. Again, in this life, she knows what she’s doing.”

His words filled me with a profound sense of purpose. While, in this incarnation, what we were creating may have by necessity taken on the form of a business, it is for me a continuation of a journey that has spanned lifetimes.

Growth of Shivaloka

As I was preparing our first product catalog, a client who had been coming to me for healings saw my work and offered to invest in our venture. His wasn’t just an investment of money—it was an investment from the soul.

He was and is an angel, a beloved member of our soul family. Over the years, several people who have come into our circle became family, each contributing their unique energy to what would become Shivaloka.

This enterprise has never been just about “making a financial profit”. It’s about profiting all humanity, about offering a means for everyone seeking healing and spiritual transformation to experience it in their daily lives.

The Mala Temple and Legacy

In 2010, our journey began a new phase as we opened our first Mala Temple store in Ubud, Bali. From this sacred space, our malas began to travel the world, blessing the lives of those who connected with them.

Over 15 years have passed, and we’ve created over 25,000 sacred pieces. The stories we hear from our customers are nothing short of miraculous—meditations deepening, healing energies flowing, success manifesting in unexpected ways.

Whether they realize it or not, they are surrounded by the divine, supported by the blessings of our Guruparampara, our sacred lineage.

Today, Shivaloka has grown into a spiritual company that employs 50 local artisans in Ubud, Bali, each one pouring their heart and soul into their work.
