My SHIVALOKA jewlery arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your delivery of items from SHIVALOKA arrived damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately. Please include your order number and pictures of the broken item. The claim must be made within 3 days of receipt. While we understand how disappointing it can be to receive a delivery that’s not in perfect condition, SHIVALOKA is not responsible for any loss or damage during the shipping period. Once we receive your information, we will submit a claim with the courier company. If they confirm the delivery was damaged, we’ll provide instructions on how to return it and send you a replacement.

How do I exchange & return products purchased?

If an item is not to your liking or the size doesn’t fit and you need an exchange, you have 30 days to return your item after receipt of your order. Returned items must not be worn and be returned in mint condition with original packaging.

As all our items are energetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that you have started meditating with and wearing as these items now carry your soul energy signature and these cannot be resold to other customers and your energy should always be protected and stay with you.

Return your item/s by logging into your account. Click on the “Returns” tab, and fill in and submit the Return form.

One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with your return and will contact you after we receive your return with further instructions.

Please do not send the items without creating a return in your account and receiving confirmation from our customer service.

What is your Warranty Policy?

Every jewelry piece of SHIVALOKA is covered by a two year warranty on receipt of a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our products across the globe, regardless of where you purchased them from. During the warranty period of two years, if your sacred jewelry and mala beads require repair we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge. The warranty does not include international shipping fees. When the warranty expires and you require repairs, we offer a repair service at a small fee.

Our Return & Refund Policy

All products must be returned as received in original, perfect condition, including all packaging materials within 30 days of receipt.  Our customer care team will contact you to assist you with the return after you submit the request for return in your account. Do not send the return without confirmation from our customer care service first. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be made only once the returned item has been received by us and checked. You can choose to receive a store credit or a refund.

How do I receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received by us, we will issue a refund through the same method of payment we received from you. If you used Paypal to pay for your purchase, the refund will be received immediately in your Paypal account and you will receive a notification from Paypal. If you paid by credit card, it can take up to 14 days to show up on your credit card account due to varying processing times between payment providers. The shipping costs will be excluded from the refund unless the item was faulty due to manufacturing defects.
