My SHIVALOKA jewlery arrived damaged. What should I do? If your delivery of items from SHIVALOKA arrived damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately. Please include your order number and pictures of the broken item. The claim must be made within 3 days of receipt. While we understand how disappointing it can be to receive a delivery that’s not in perfect condition, SHIVALOKA is not responsible for any loss or damage during the shipping period. Once we receive your information, we will submit a claim with the courier company. If they confirm the delivery was damaged, we’ll provide instructions on how to return it and send you a replacement.
