Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] to request us to resend the order confirmation to you.

If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order or any reason, you may do so as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled anymore.

Simply log into your account, and submit the Cancel Order Request. If the order hasn’t been shipped, your request will be approved and you will receive a refund within 7 days.

If you would like to check on the status of your order, you can log into your account and click on “Orders”. A list of your order will be displayed, and show you the current status of your latest order.

You can place an order without creating an account. However, you have the option to register an account with us during the checkout process.
