If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order or any reason, you may do so as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled anymore. Simply log into your account, and submit the Cancel Order Request. If the order hasn’t been shipped, your request will be approved and you will receive a refund within 7 days.
