We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We usually require 1-2 business days (not including weekends) to process your order before it is dispatched. Yet, due to the impact of the pandemic and the two year lock down that devasted the Balinese local economy, we have been forced to reduce our stock quantity and produce on order. Therefore, we beg your patience and understanding that it is possible that at the time of your order, we have to produce the order just for you which is done at our in-house production and can be done quickly, yet this may prolong the delivery processing time.

Please note the Delivery Processing time is not included in the delivery time mentioned for shipping. While we truly do our human best to produce, bless and ship our orders in the fastest time possible, we understand that there sometimes is an urgency to receive the order by certain dates. Therefore, please email us prior to your order to make sure that we can fulfill your timely needs.

Bali: In the Ubud area, we offer personal delivery to your villa or hotel for a $10 personal delivery fee.To Sanur, Seminyak, Canggu and Nusa Dua, there is a $15 delivery fee.

 

Indonesia: For domestic shipping in Indonesia, we use JNE and orders can be delivered within 1-2 shipping days.

 

For international delivery we use DHL
