We usually require 1-2 business days (not including weekends) to process your order before it is dispatched. Yet, due to the impact of the pandemic and the two year lock down that devasted the Balinese local economy, we have been forced to reduce our stock quantity and produce on order. Therefore, we beg your patience and understanding that it is possible that at the time of your order, we have to produce the order just for you which is done at our in-house production and can be done quickly, yet this may prolong the delivery processing time. Please note the Delivery Processing time is not included in the delivery time mentioned for shipping.
