Does my SHIVALOKA Soul Jewelry have a warranty

SHIVALOKA offers a limited warranty and will repair or replace manufacturing defects due to workmanship free of charge for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase for jewelry. However, it does not cover neglect or abuse. Please keep your receipt or pass it onto the recipient you are gifting SHIVALOKA jewelry to as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available, please present a credit card or bank statement.

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Further breakage of stretch elastic used for stretchy bracelets is not covered in the warranty due to the breakable quality of elastic thread.

What do I do if my SHIVALOKA jewelry is lost or stolen?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend looking into purchasing insurance to protect from loss and theft.

My SHIVALOKA jewlery is damaged. What should I do?

We request that you fill out our Repair Form and once received, we will contact you within a few days and give you an assessment of the repair requirements and any applicable costs. International shipping fees are not included in the warranty. We will send you a form to fill, sign and include in the repair and any further details. You will receive an invoice from us that is payable upon receipt if any costs are incurred through the repair service. The faulty or damaged items can be returned to a SHIVALOKA to our Repairs and Services Department for repair. We recommend packing the jewelry in a padded envelope for safe shipping. Once the item is received, the repair will take approximately up to 1 week and then it will be shipped back to you. The repair items should not be shipped to us without prior authorization for the repair by submitting the required information through our repair form.

You can also return the item at the SHIVALOKA store where it was originally purchased from. Your store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair or replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

What type of repairs does SHIVALOKA offer?

We offer a repairs service including restringing malas on thread and wire, replacing clasps, soldering work, replacing missing items, re-threading bracelets, gold-plating.

For missing items there will be a charge for the missing components.

We also offer jewelry cleaning, which is complimentary with all jewelry repaired under warranty.
