Gift Cards can be purchased and gifted to someone else by submitting their email address. The recipient will receive the email for the gift with their Gift Card credit that they can redeem on our website by using the unique Gift card number. You can check the balance of your Gift Card in your account. Gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online. We do not accept Gift Cards purchased online at our retail stores in Bali.
Why is my promo gold not working for 14k, 18k or 22k gold jewelry? Promotional discount codes cannot be applied to 14 carat, 18 carat or 22 carat gold products with exception of the 10% welcome discount.
Can I apply a promo code on custom orders? Promotional discount codes cannot be applied to custom orders.
I placed an order a few days ago and now the item is on sale. Can I get a refund for the sale price? We can offer a Sale Price adjustment on any items purchased up to 5 days prior to the commencement date of a sale where that previously purchased item is now on sale. The the exact style and size of this item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your SHIVALOKA account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months. We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on promoted items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
I made an order but forgot to apply the promo code, can I still receive the discount? Please contact our customer service to apply the promo code after the order has already been processed. We will refund you for the amount of the discount.
